Installations et systèmes pour essais structuraux

Testing Machines

high performance

Single or multi-axial test machines for durability testing and characterization of a variety of structural components such as shock absorbers, engine mounts, elastomer components. This includes the MSP shock-absorber, MHF or VHF high-frequency testing machines.

Simulation Tables

shaking tables

Multi-axis simulation (MAST) tables are designed for testing of a variety of different specimens in six degrees of freedom. These include components and subassemblies exposed to vibratory loads during vehicle operation; from seats, dashboards and interior equipment components to engine mounts, and cooling modules.

Road Simulators

road simulators

HYDROPULS® road simulators are a versatile and cost efficient solution for testing load inputs through the tires. They are used to perform durability tests, as well as acoustic and vibration analyses in testing and development (BSR, NVH) on complete vehicles, subsystems and power train assemblies.

Axle Test Rigs

axle test

Axle test rigs are used to reproduce different loads applied to the axle elements when a vehicle is traveling over a variety of road surfaces. Instron can provide models for testing of car, van, truck and bus axles with 6 degree-of-freedom.

Torsion Test Rigs

dynamic torsion

Dynamic Torsion Test Rigs are used to investigate endurance properties of bearing and damping elements in flywheels, as well as to record multi-stage torsion characteristics, such as clutch hysteresis curves under alternating torque loads.

Wheel Test Rigs

biaxial wheel

Biaxial wheel test rigs (ZWARP) are used for durability testing and design optimization of wheels. The test object in this case is the wheel rim and its attachment to the wheel hub.
